Extra registration fees information:

Hands on session: 

On Wednesday, September 20th afternoon, a limited group of professionals previously registered could manage and practice with real surgical materials some different kind of diseases, in at least 2 stations provided by Apollo.

 On Thursday, September 21st, a limited group of professionals previously registered could manage and practice with real surgical materials some different kind of diseases, in at least 2 stations provided by laboratories and company sponsors.

Each group of experts will have 2 hours approximately to practice with each station, we have scheduled 2 different groups, each group of 20 persons, 4 stations for group.(Registration fee to each session: 200 €)

Surgery with the expert: 

On Wednesday, September 20th, starting at 8.30, a very limited group of professionals previously registered could be in cases in the OR with one Expert. (600€)

Video Sessions:

On Friday, September 22nd, at 14.00 we will give the opportunity to all participants registered to see on video some bariatric endoscopy procedures. This session will give a total interaction with participants and professional.

Course:

This fee will include assistance of all the scientific sessions and presentations that appear at the programme from Thursday 21st at 14.15 to Friday 22nd at 16:30. (400€)

Terms and Conditions

  • Grupo Pacífico will not accept telephone reservations. Registration must be done filling the Online Registration form. One form per person. You will receive a reservation request after completing the form, if you do not receive it please contact with the Technical Secretariat: Grupo PACIFICO: insmibe@pacifico-meetings.com
  • Registration fee has to be paid before the deadline for early registration; otherwise your registration fee will be updated to the current one.
  • If member or student registration is selected please provide the proof of this category; otherwise you will be requested to pay the registration difference amount.
  • Full payments are required in advance to the conference start. A confirmation voucher and invoice will be sent right after we received the payment. Please review it carefully and take note of your registration number. This number will be requested for any change or check.
  • All payments have to be made on Euros, please find as follow the available payment methods:
    • Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to a Bank secure page. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
    • Credit Card Authorization form: you will receive automatically by e-mail our credit card authorization form. Please fill out the form and mail or fax it.
    • Bank Transfer: detailed banking information will be provided automatically by e-mail. Bank fees must be paid by the participant. This option only will be available until 20th June.
  • All pending amount has to be paid at the Technical Secretariat during the documentation delivery. In case of bank transfer payment or another method but not received it, you will be requested for an advice bank slip. Otherwise, you will be requested to pay the pending amount.
  • Hotel reservations will be booked on a first-come first-served basis upon reception of the corresponding payment.
  • Grupo Pacífico has block-booked rooms for the dates of the Congress. Previous dates or late departures are subject to hotel availability.
  • All rates are per room per night, including VAT (subject to change according to official order), and breakfast.
  • We advise all participants to request their hotel reservations as soon as possible to guarantee accommodation 20th August.
  • Grupo Pacifico (GP) acts as organizing agency and is not responsible for loss, injury or damage to any person or property.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellations or changes must be sent to GRUPO PACÍFICO in writing (fax or e-mail: insmibe@pacifico-meetings.com
  • Cancellations received up to 20th June, deposits will be refunded less 50 € for administrative costs.
  • Cancellations received up to 20th June, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations received after 21st June or registered participants who fail to attend.
  • No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations received up to 20th June: full refund less 50€ for administrative costs.
  • Cancellations received up to 20th June: refund of 50% of hotel stay.

  • In case of “no show” hotel will cancel the room automatically next morning at 9:00h, and no refund will apply for participants who fail to attend.
